Hair Restoration – Genuine Methods vs Scams

Reports predict that by around age 35, seventy-five percent of men will lose their hair to some noticeable degree and that’s probably you are here to find out the hair restoration techniques. Even worse, that percentage could go even higher to eighty-five percent at the age of 50.

And seriously, not only men experience hair loss. Women in the United States (half of the women population) suffer hair loss, which is a cause of alarm. This calls for action.

These stats are too crucial to ignore. You can now understand why there are so many searches on the internet about how to restore hair loss.

Sadly, out of the recommendations you find, most of them do not work. They only drain you, leaving you broke, which is why you need better recommendations – the ones that are proven to work.

Good news. In this post, I’m going to walk you through how you can restore your hair loss using different proven hacks. I’ll also show you the scams you should avoid. But before that, let’s start with the causes of hair loss.

Causes of Hair Loss

Many people think that hair loss comes as a result of poor diet, systemic, or internal disease, but that is not true. The truth is that you can lose your hair due to genetic factors, as a result of aging.

Many people start experiencing hair loss between the ages of 30 and 40. It’s also true that illness, lack of enough protein, hormonal changes such as menopause, pregnancy, emotional trauma may as well cause hair loss.

Additionally, there are a ton of health complications that could result in hair loss like thyroid disease, iron deficiency. Blood tests for people suffering from thyroid diseases are always reasonable; we can’t ignore it, though.

Genuine Ways to Restore Hair Loss

1. Laser Light Therapy

There’s good news to those who have lost their hair and are looking forward to restoring it. Laser light therapy or at-home devices such as HairMax LaserComb could play a significant role in restoring your hair by stimulating blood flow in the area affected.

You shouldn’t expect a miracle, though, you should know that these are just ways to help you maintain the hair you still have for a little bit longer time. Dr. Joyce says, “These lasers won’t grow any new hair. If anything, they may help you hang on to some of the hair that you already have a bit longer.”

It would be best if you understood, though, that the Light therapy isn’t a baldness solution, and neither is HairMax a quick fix. You will have to be consistent in using the product for at least 15 minutes every day, three days every week for better results.

But then, you need to understand that light therapy has no side effects. This makes it the best for men experiencing hair loss and want to maintain the hair they’ve got.

2. Hair Replacement Surgery

You haven’t heard of this latest craze in town, have you? Hair transplant is one of the newest restorations that people who have lost their hair or want to alter their hairlines will look to.

The question, though, remains: are hair transplant safe enough? Does it last? Or does this bring about unwarranted changes in tissue in the body?

Steps Involved in hair replacement surgery

This process involves surgery, in which your hair follicles are taken away from any part of your body, such as legs or face, then planting them on the area affected.

It is also noteworthy to mention that you can also use the process of transplant hair in your brows and lashes. This latest hack is permanent, which takes follicle clusters of your hair.

And if you didn’t know, this process is called Follicular Hair Transplant, also shortened as FHT. You can implement this in two ways – Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Strip Harvesting.

In strip harvesting, hair from skin trips that have good hair is taken; then, planted on the affected areas. On the other hand, hair clusters are made manually and then planted on the affected areas (parts with the hair loss).

Surgeons are now recommending strip harvesting because the damage isn’t that bad, and also, it takes just 14 days to start seeing hair growth, which isn’t a lousy time-frame.

Finally, you can achieve FUE in a ton of settings. It’s manually performed, which takes a lot of time. The catch, though, is that you’ll get very natural results in the end.

Scams About Hair Restoration

1. “Don’t Pay For Hair Transplant Until You See This”

In this scam, ads quite often use phrases such as ‘Get Your Hair Back Fast,’ ‘Don’t Pay For Hair Transplant Until You See This,’ or ‘Magic Hair Growth Revealed.’ These will promise to fix your hair using some products.

Once you click on the trap, you’ll be directed to a news site, which in your opinion looks like a legit site such as BBC, The Sun, USA Today, Yahoo, People, only to realize that you clicked on a bait.

As if that’s not enough, you will get tons of testimonials from top celebrities to lure you, which isn’t true. Then you will most probably find a call to action such as “Offer for our readers only – Only pay for the shipping!”

2. Mention of Your City

This scam website will always show depending on the location you reside because scammers geo-tag people using the IP address you use.

It does not matter where you reside. Whether you live in Chicago or Hong Kong, these scammers will always push the name of your city right in front of your screen.

At the bottom of their page, you will see a ton of testimonials of people who have tried the product, used it, and found help. They will include Facebook comments, blog comments to lure you.

Sadly, you will find out that the profiles with fake reviews and comments are fake and don’t even exist. So please don’t be swayed by these scammers. They are always looking for dummies to convince, but you need to be smarter – get legit hair restoration techniques.

In Conclusion – Avoid This Scam

Don’t get me wrong. There’s no doubt there are legitimate companies that do great when it comes to a hair restoration or rather hair transplant. Remember, I don’t want you to fall victim to a scam. Just dig deep into the internet. Look for reviews and know what company you are dealing with before spending.
